Problem with the level bar advancing

I have attempted numerous times to get help concerning an issue and there has not been a response. The game is fun, but with this issue going on, I am frustrated and cannot give it a high rating anymore. I just wish they would respond to my inquiry and fix it !
One star is all I can do at this point.
